Executive Board Virtual Meeting Registration
For In-Person Attendance

WSNW Association General Meetings are held virtually via Zoom. Limited, in-person seating can be accommodated at the WSPD Community Resources Unit offices for those for whom virtual attendance is not an option. Although all reasonable efforts will be made to provide a quality meeting experience for in-person attendees, technology limitations may compromise their ability to effectively interact in the virtual meeting.

Meeting Location

The building is secured and the front entrance door is locked. WSPD personnel will provide access to the building from 5:20 p.m. to 5:25 p.m.

Parking
Entering the 5th St. entrance, there are two parking areas:

Non-Gated parking lot to the Right
Secure/Gated parking lot to the Left

Arrive by 5:15 p.m.
This will allow you plenty of time to park your vehicle by 5:20 p.m. The secure/gated parking lot gate will be opened at 5:20 p.m.

Enter the building at 5:20 p.m.

WSPD personnel will admit you from 5:20 p.m. to 5:25 p.m. and will escort you to the Community Resources Unit office conference room for the 5:45 p.m. meeting.
